As the 1965 season unfolded, winds of change blew throughout the Junior Circuit. For the first time in 40 years, the almighty New York Yankees endured a losing campaign. Also, for the first time in their brief five-year tenure, the expansion Washington Senators didnotlose 100 games. This baseball is autographed by (38) members of that District of Columbia roster. The clean and creamy Official American League Cronin sphere features black ballpoint pennings.
