Beautiful Spalding Official NL (Giles) baseball, signed by 24 members of the 1963 St. Louis Cardinals. Manager Johnny Keane and Hall of Famer Stan Musial have signed the ball on the sweet spot. Additional signatures include Curt Simmons, Ray Washburn, Bob Gibson (HOF), Bill White, George Altman, Leo Burke, Bobby Schantz, Charlie James, Ken Boyer, Ernie Broglio, Ray Sadecki, Dick Groat, Carl Sawatski, Gene Oliver, Joe Schultz (coach), Dal Maxvill, Curt Flood, Duke Carmel, Vern Benson (coach), Red Schoendienst (HOF), Tim McCarver and Ron Taylor. The ball is in beautiful shape, clean and with very little toning. The signatures appear uniform, applied with the same pen, and remain clear and legible, with some even but consistent fading.
