Classic 1988 poster (35.5 x 18 inches) of the 11 then-living members of the elite 500 Home Run Club by renowned sports artist Ron Lewis. Signed in blue Sharpie by Ted Williams, Frank Robinson, Harmon Killebrew, Reggie Jackson, Mickey Mantle, Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, Mike Schmidt, Ernie Banks, Eddie Mathews, and Willie McCovey. Each player has signed the piece vertically upon his respective image, with seven of the players having added their career home-run total. These posters, which were produced in conjunction with the now-famous 500 Home Run Club signing show held in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in 1988, were offered for sale (unsigned) to patrons for use in obtaining autographs of the players pictured in the piece. Obviously, the original owner of this piece was successful in that quest, and, presumably, all of the signatures were obtained at that show.Framed and matted to total dimensions of 43.5 x 25.5 inches.
